- Effective July of 2009, Mr. Gilday has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis Alumni Association, and will serve as its Treasurer for the 2009/2010 fiscal year.
- In March 2009, John Delaney, a former Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm and presently a third-year law student at Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis, joined the Firm as a Law Clerk.
- Mr. Gilday has been appointed to serve on the Investment Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association while continuing to serve on the Association’s Audit Committee.
- Mr. Gilday was elected by the Lockerbie Glove Company Town Home Owners Association, Inc., Board of Directors to the office of Treasurer.
- Mr. Gilday was re-elected Chairman of the Finance Council by the Parish Council of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Indianapolis, Indiana.
