JAMES K.
GILDAY Mr. Gilday practices principally in the areas of tax and business.
He represents taxpayers in a variety of tax controversies, including
property tax, at both the administrative level and in state and
federal court litigation. He also assists clients with tax and estate
planning, as well as probate administration and inheritance disputes.
Mr. Gilday’s business practice includes such transactional
work as acquisitions and sales, and litigation of business disputes.
Mr. Donahoe’s practice involves advising owners of closely-held
businesses with respect to a wide range of legal services including
estate planning, estate administration, business and individual
tax planning, business and real estate transactions, and litigation
of tax controversies in state and federal courts.
Mr. Irvin represents businesses and individuals in all types of
complex and novel litigation matters in the state and federal trial
courts, and appellate courts, of Indiana. Mr. Irvin emphasizes his
practice on business, commercial, real estate, tax, probate and
personal injury litigation. He also frequently counsels and represents
clients in a wide variety of transactional matters, including business
formation, acquisition and sales, and real estate transfers, development
and financing. |
